Who We Are
We are all volunteers and have no paid staff. We raise all of our funds to support our 4 programs. Although we are a part of the National Assistance League, we design our programs to meet the needs of the Wichita community.
What We Do
Meet the needs of children and families in our community through 4 philanthropic programs: Operation School Bell which provides new school clothes to about 3000 students in USD 259 each year. Scholarships to USD 259 graduates to complete technical programs at WSU Tech / Butler Bear Hugs which provides teddy bears to child victims of violence at area hospitals Assault Survivor Kits which provides clothing to men, women, children who have been victims of sexual assault
