What We Do
Choice Hospice provides medical care, pain management & symptom relief as well as emotional, spiritual, psychosocial and practical support, specifically for each patient. We provided care wherever the patient calls home. This can be a private residence, nursing home or residential facility, or at a contracted facility or hospital. Our GOAL is to make sure each patient live each day fully & comfortably as possible.
