What We Do
At Heartland Hospice our mission is to provide exceptional care with empathy for our patients and their families so they may live with comfort, dignity and respect. Our team of dedicated volunteers are an integral part of our hospice team as they offer our patients a level of comfort and compassion that is vital to their care. Volunteers can hold a hand, share a story, provide companionship, make phone calls, listen, read or sing, etc.
