Lights On the River S'mores Packages Party

We will be making s'mores packages for our upcoming Lights on the River event. Each package with contain 2 halves of a graham cracker, a piece of chocolate, and a large marshmallow. Volunteers will be putting together roughly 1000 packages. We will be meeting at the Wichita Water Center.
