Girls on the Run Fall 5k

More than 100 volunteers are needed each spring and fall to ensure the Girls on the Run 5k is a safe and fun celebration event. Girls on the Run and Heart and Sole participants come together at the end of the 10-week season to run/walk 3.1 miles and continue moving forward in life. Help us celebrate the many girls from across the South Central Kansas area and their achievement by volunteering at this event! Who volunteers for Girls on the Run Heart of Kansas 5k's? Parents, teachers, coaches (in any sport), high school students and local college students, and corporate groups all support our program.
