Who We Are
We are a part of the National Assistance League and the only chapter in the state of Kansas. We are 160 volunteers (no paid staff) strong. We are dedicated to "Transforming Lives and Strengthening Community".
What We Do
We are a non-profit organization of all volunteers who provide 4 philanthropic programs to the community: Operation School Bell provides new clothing to students in USD 259 who are referred by their social workers; Scholarships provide fully paid technical programs to HS graduates of USD 259; Bear Hugs provides teddy bears to children who are victims of violence; Assault Survivor Kits provides clothing to men, women, children who have been victims of sexual assault.
