Who We Are
The Wichita State University Shockers Vote! Coalition is made up of students, faculty and staff who are committed to ensuring that our students and stakeholders have the tools, resources and education that they need be smart, engaged, and educated voters. The coalition's goal is to target underserved populations, first-time voters, and those who have lost the joy of voting. Our efforts collectively, representing various areas on campus is to educate and motivate students to be civically engaged.
As we head into another election year, the Shockers Vote Coalition invites you to join our coalition to help plan voter registration drives, deliberate dialogue initiatives and other events together for the upcoming election. What We Do
The Shockers Vote! Coalition will be hosting a series of volunteer events leading up to the November election. But, we couldn't do any of it without the help of volunteers. Volunteers may assist with voter registration drives, deliberative dialogue initiatives and civic holidays and celebrations.
