We are needing help setting up and tearing down parties for the Tallgrass Film Festival!
Pre-Festival Set Up includes hanging up signage, putting stars around downtown, helping put together decorations, helping set up the volunteer and VIP lounges, running errands, among other duties.
Party Set Up includes creating party decor, hanging up party decor, setting up tables and chairs, among other various duties.
Post Festival Set Up includes taking down signs from around town, tearing down decor for storage, among other duties as assigned.
Shifts vary in length, but are usually in 4 hour increments.
Please note: If you get a group of friends together to all work a tear down shift for one of the parties (11:45 pm - usually 2:00 am), then everyone that helps with tear down will receive a ticket to the next night's gala movie + party to attend as a guest! This is on top of the other perks that you can earn for volunteering with us (volunteer t-shirt, food in the volunteer lounge, tickets to films at the festival).
