2024 Death by Chocolate

Volunteers must be 18 years or older.

If you are volunteering for Death by Chocolate on March 2nd 2024 - you MUST attend one of the following orientations:

• Saturday, February 24th 8:30 am - 10am
• Wednesday, February 28th 5:30pm - 7pm

You can pick as many shifts as you want from the following:

• Event Set Up Morning
  • 8:30am – 12pm (20 volunteers)
• Event Set Up Afternoon
  • 11:45am – 3pm (20 volunteers) 
• Event Operations 1^stShift
  • 4:30pm – 7:30pm (30 volunteers)
• Event Operations 2^ndShift
  • 7:15pm – 10pm (30 volunteers) 
• Event Tear Down
  • 9:45pm – 12am (20 volunteers)

 For Volunteer Attire:

• Set Up & Tear Down – Volunteer Shirt, Name Tag, Neutral color pants, close toed shoes
• Event Operations – All black appropriate cocktail attire, Name Tag, Wristband – close toed black shoes (18 years or older) 
• Name Tags, Shirts, and Wristbands will be picked up at volunteer check in day of event.
