Today is the day!- Interview to be a lunch buddy mentor.

"Look beyond what is in front of you and see what could be". anonymous The Mental Health Association of South Central KS, is looking for outstanding individuals to become Compeer mentors. Compeer is a national mentoring program hosted by MHA that serves the needs of those dealing with mental health issues (or who have a guardian dealing with Mental health issues). Currently we are recruiting mentors for our Compeer Lunch Buddy program. Volunteers are trained in mentoring and mental health before they are matched with a student. Once matched, they spend at least one hour a week at the student's school during lunch/recess. Step up and provide a child with a positive role model, mentor, and caring friend; be a Lunch Buddy and make a difference for you and them.
