Volunteers will assist with a neighborhood debris pick up sponsored by MidTown Prestige. The athletes and staff at MidTown Prestige are dedicated to helping care for the community their League will be playing in and are partnering with the Shocker Neighborhood Coalition to make a bigger impact.
Volunteers can help to keep the neighborhood clean, an instant positive impact to our community. Join MidTown Prestige, March 20th from 2pm-4pm and help pick-up debris/trash in the Matlock Heights neighborhood around Urban Preparatory Academy (2821 E 24th St N, Wichita, KS 67219), just north of WSU.
We will meet in the parking lot of Urban Prep at 2pm Saturday the 20th. Trash bags, trash picks, and gloves will be provided, however, if you have any of these items please bring them with you.
We will share what area/streets you will target when you check-in.
Volunteers should wear comfortable shoes and clothing. All volunteers should adhere to the social distancing guidelines set by the university.
