Volunteers will assist with a neighborhood clean-up sponsored by the City of Wichita and will provide residents with an opportunity to clean-up debris and keep the neighborhood clean for residents of the community.
This clean-up is for A.Price Woodard and the Murdock neighborhood, which is just south of the university. They meet at 9th and Grove in the vacant lot across for Urban League of Kansas (2418 E. 9th St. N)
The event will take place form 8:00am-12:00pm and are usually complete by 10-11am. Teams are also welcome to sign-up for this opportunity.
Volunteers should wear comfortable shoes and clothing. All volunteers should adhere to the social distancing guidelines set by the university.
