| DESCRIPTION: | The Medical Loan Closet of Wichita is in need of volunteers to help with a variety of projects in our office. No special skills are needed (other than a nice smile and a happy disposition!), but if you have areas of special skills or interests we welcome the opportunity to talk about how we can best utilize your time and service. Our office volunteers play a valuable "behind the scenes" role in support of our other Volunteers. We need help with preparing mailings, information packets and other Marketing. Answering our buzzy phones checking our Voice Mail and a Lot more. You will work closely with our COO and warehouse Volunteers. Office hours are 9 am to 4 pm, Tuesday through Friday and on Saturday 10 AM to 2:00 on Saturday You choose the time and amount of hours that works best for you! We will work around your schedule. We provide training, ongoing support and lots of nice compliments and gestures of appreciation! We have a lot of teats and coffee to drink Due to COVID-19 we are using best practice for Social Distancing we provide all of our staff and Volunteers with (PPE) Personal Protective Equipment. We are limiting how many people are in our warehouse at a time and everyone is screened at Temps are taken. Due to COVID-19 The time for visitors are also Limited and Hours people can come very please call for details of Warehouse hours |
